Summary
DMX Work Studio does not collect personal data.
It does not require an account, does not send usage statistics or crash reports, and does not communicate with any server operated by RISE CO., LTD. or by third parties. All network traffic goes only to destinations on the lighting network that you configure.
What the app does on the network
DMX Work Studio is a DMX signal processor/router for stage lighting. It sends and receives Art-Net and sACN (E1.31) lighting-control data on the local network interface you select. This data consists of lighting channel values and protocol headers; it does not contain personal information.
The app also communicates with other copies of DMX Work Studio on the same local network, only when you use these features:
- Session (linking several computers running DMX Work Studio)
- Send to Another PC (transferring a show file to another computer)
- Universe View (observing which universes are present on the network)
When you use Session or Send to Another PC, the other computers on the same local network receive this computer's name, the DMX Work Studio version, and operating status (such as CPU and memory usage) so that the linked copies can display each other's state. This information is exchanged only between the linked copies of DMX Work Studio and is not sent anywhere else.
The app has no connection to the developer's or any third party's servers. It sends data only to the destinations you configure; because destination addresses are entered by you, it is your responsibility to keep them within your lighting network.
The bundled test-signal tool ("Test Signal Tool", opened from Settings > This PC) emits real Art-Net/sACN test signals to the address shown on its screen, by default the address of this computer's network interface. On Windows, the first time it sends Art-Net, Windows Firewall asks once whether to allow the connection; this is a local-network permission only.
What is stored on your computer
Show files, curve libraries, and settings are stored only on your computer, in the app's data folder or in the location you choose. RISE CO., LTD. has no access to these files.
Store distribution
If you obtained DMX Work Studio through the Mac App Store or the Microsoft Store, the store operator (Apple or Microsoft) processes your account, download, and purchase data under its own privacy policy. RISE CO., LTD. does not receive personal data from these stores.
Support email
If you contact support@dmxworkstudio.com, we use the information in your email (including your email address and any files you attach) only to respond to your inquiry. We do not share it with third parties except where required by law.
Children
DMX Work Studio is a professional tool and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes, for example if a future version adds license activation. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

要旨
DMX Work Studio は個人情報を収集しません。
アカウント登録は不要で、利用統計やクラッシュ報告を送信せず、有限会社ライズおよび第三者のサーバーへ通信することもありません。通信は、利用者が設定した照明ネットワーク上の宛先に限られます。
ネットワーク上で行うこと
DMX Work Studio は舞台照明向けの DMX 信号プロセッサ／ルーターです。利用者が選んだネットワークインターフェース上で、Art-Net および sACN（E1.31）の照明制御データを送受信します。このデータは照明チャンネルの値とプロトコルのヘッダーで構成され、個人情報を含みません。
また、次の機能を利用者が使ったときに限り、同じローカルネットワーク上の他の DMX Work Studio と通信します。
- Session（複数台の DMX Work Studio を連携させる機能）
- Send to Another PC（ショウファイルを別の PC へ送る機能）
- Universe View（ネットワーク上にどのユニバースが流れているかを観測する機能）
Session や Send to Another PC を使うと、同じローカルネットワーク上の相手の PC に、この PC のコンピューター名、DMX Work Studio の版番号、動作状態（CPU・メモリの使用率など）が届きます。これは連携した DMX Work Studio どうしが互いの状態を表示するためのもので、連携相手以外には送られません。
本アプリは開発元および第三者のサーバーとの接続を持ちません。データは利用者が設定した宛先にのみ送ります。宛先のアドレスは利用者が入力するものなので、照明ネットワークの中に収めておくことは利用者の責任です。
同梱の試験信号ツール（Test Signal Tool。Settings > This PC から開きます）は、本物の Art-Net／sACN の試験信号を、画面に表示された宛先（既定ではこの PC のネットワークインターフェースのアドレス）へ送ります。Windows では、初めて Art-Net を送るときに Windows ファイアウォールの許可画面が 1 回出ます。これはローカルネットワーク内の許可です。
PC に保存されるもの
ショウファイル、カーブライブラリ、設定は、利用者の PC 内のアプリのデータフォルダ、または利用者が選んだ場所にのみ保存されます。有限会社ライズはこれらのファイルにアクセスできません。
ストア経由の配付
Mac App Store または Microsoft Store から入手した場合、アカウント・ダウンロード・購入に関するデータは、各ストアの運営者（Apple または Microsoft）がそれぞれのプライバシーポリシーに基づいて扱います。有限会社ライズはこれらのストアから個人情報を受け取りません。
サポートメール
support@dmxworkstudio.com にご連絡いただいた場合、メールに含まれる情報（メールアドレス・添付ファイルを含む）は、お問い合わせへの回答のためにのみ使用します。法令で求められる場合を除き、第三者に提供しません。
子どもの利用
DMX Work Studio は業務用ツールであり、子ども向けではありません。
本ポリシーの改定
アプリの変更に伴い（例：将来の版でライセンス認証が加わる場合）、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定は本ページに新しい改定日とともに掲載します。
